Foster care families are always in need of such things as clothing, luggage, school supplies, household items, toys, and games. If you need it to raise a child, we need it.

Foster children and their families also require glasses and dental work, music and dance lessons, plumbing and roofing repairs, etc. We need professionals from all disciplines to donate their time and talents to make a difference.

  • 40% of foster care children graduate from high school on time.

    (This rate is 15% lower than kids who are experiencing homelessness.)

  • 3 out of every 10 foster kids drop out of high school.

  • 71% of foster care girls are pregnant by age 21.

  • 1 in 5 foster youth will be incarcerated by age 21.

  • 13,000 kids are in foster care in Michigan alone.
